Lead a Small Group
As you consider leading an Adult Small Group, the Best Path will help you consider qualifications and expectations. Once you are ready to proceed, the Leader Application below is the next step.
Small Group Basics is a required one-session orientation that you may attend at any point. Attending may help you decide if leading a group is right for you.
Leading a group is a great challenge, yet very rewarding. It is a sacrifice of time and energy, but definitely worth it to see lives changed, friendships built, and spiritual encouragement shared.
"God beat me up for a year about stepping up and leading a small group. I felt completely insufficient, but God has used this to teach me and to mold me. Since then, God has stirred in our small group a strong sense of Biblical community… getting below the surface and knowing what's going on in each other's lives." – Chris McClain
Becoming a Small Group leader is an intentional process to protect and care for our church. We desire to establish relationships and equip new leaders through this process in order to create a firm foundation for each group.
