We are privileged to have the opportunity to minister to children of all ages through our Preschool, Children's, and Student Ministries.

If you'd like to register your child(ren) before visiting on Sunday, please fill out the form below. This will make the check-in process quicker when you arrive.

LET US KNOW YOU'RE COMING

For more information on activities for all ages, check out more details below.

Newborns - Age 5

We are so glad that you will be worshiping with us this weekend! It is a joy to spend time with your little ones. We know they are your most precious gift and we want you to know they are loved and will be well cared for while you are here.

First Steps

When you arrive, you’re invited to park in our “Guest Parking” area, located near the main entrance. In our main lobby, the Welcome Center has a team of hosts who will walk you to our Preschool area, where someone from our welcome team will help check your family in for the morning.

Getting Connected

Your Preschool welcome team host will then escort you to your child’s classroom where you will be introduced to their small group leaders.

There is no doubt that we have the most fantastic group of Preschool leaders! Each week, they spend their Sunday morning sharing God’s love with the little ones in their group. Before stepping into their role, each leader undergoes an extensive background check process, receives age-level training, and has completed abuse awareness and prevention training. Every step of this process has your child’s care and safety as a top priority.

Preschool Ministry

1st - 5th Graders

Feeling like a newbie won’t last long here, we promise! And since many Brook Hills children attend elementary schools all over the area, your boys and girls will likely already have friends here.

First Steps

When you arrive on campus, drive to the “First-Time Guest” parking area. One of our hospitality team members will escort your family to the main building and help you find your way around.

If you have children in 1st through 5th grade, your hospitality team member will lead you to the Brook Hills Kids’ space on the 2nd floor.

Getting Connected

When you arrive on the 2nd floor, let a Welcome Team staff member know it’s your first time visiting. Once you’ve checked in, you and your children will be walked to their small group rooms and introduced to their new Faith Trainers. You will reconnect with your children in their small group room when you’re ready to head home.

Safety & Security

All of our Brook Hills Kids team members have gone through an extensive background check. Every Small Group door has a window and children’s Faith Trainers always serve in teams of two or more. Also, members of our lead team walk the halls and visit rooms during the small group sessions. For added security, Shelby County Sheriff Deputies regularly roam our hallways during each of our gatherings.

BH Kids Ministry

6th - 12th Graders

Our vision is to glorify God by making disciples in and through generations of students! We see this taking place through families who are disciple-making centers in their communities, students who develop lifestyles of following Christ and leading others, and leaders who build life-changing relationships centered on Christ.

Finding Us

We are located in the Student Center, down the hill from the main building and entrance. If you come to the Welcome Center in our main building, a member of our hospitality team will be happy to help you find the right place.

Getting Connected

When students arrive for the first time, they are greeted at the round desk in the student lobby and asked to fill out a short info card. A member of the welcome team will assign them to a small group for the morning.

Student Small Groups meet weekly on Sunday mornings. On Wednesday nights, we offer a large group worship setting followed by small groups which are organized by age and gender. Wednesday nights begin at 6:30pm and end at 8:00pm. In either setting, our goal is to come alongside students with the word of God, authentic relationships, genuine encouragement, and life-impacting accountability.
