Tabitha

Global Operations Coordinator

Ministry Role & Responsibility: As the Global Operations Coordinator, I have the opportunity to facilitate congregational engagement through managing the logistical and financial pieces of all BH trips and global matters. My goal is to help support our laborers and strategic partners by offering relational, financial, and logistical support.

About Me: My husband, Chase, and I moved to Birmingham in 2017 and now have two beautiful children, Nora and Judah. We love being outdoors, exploring new cities, eating good food, and drinking good coffee. I met my husband in college at a summer camp where we served together. After graduating from Auburn University, I spent several years in Nashville, working at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Right after getting married, a new job offer for my husband brought us here to Birmingham where I accepted a job with St. Vincent’s. After our first child was born, I was a stay-at-home mom for about three years. Now, I love having the opportunity to serve our local and global church family in such a tangible way on the Global team!

Favorite Scripture:

“For you did not receive the spirit of slavery to fall back into fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption as sons, by whom we cry, ‘Abba! Father!’ The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, then heirs – heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.” -Romans 8:15-17

Interesting Fact: I have an identical twin sister.
