Ministry Role & Responsibility: I have the joy of leading our college-age students to love Jesus, grow in Jesus, and make disciples of Jesus. College-age students are the best — they are a force for God's kingdom and, if stewarded well, can have such a big impact on our faith family, on their campuses, in our city, and around the world.

The college years are some of the most formative seasons of life. Much of who I am today is because of those who invested in me spiritually during my own colelge years. My wife and I often say, "We want to impact a college student over these four years in a way that shapes their next forty years!"

As a ministry, we want to reach, disciple, and mobilize college students to this end. I am excited about what God is doing in and through our College Ministry and am incredibly thankful to be a part of it!

About Me: Haley and I have been married since 2017 and we have three daughters, Adalyn, Lucy, and Grace. I always wanted to be a girl dad so I'm in luck! We moved to Birmingham in the summer of 2025 and have loved calling this city home. Prior, we served in a variety of ministry contexts including Auburn, New York City, and Jackson, TN. I am a graduate of Carson-Newman University and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. I enjoy spending time with my family, good food, good coffee, and going for a run.

Interesting Fact: The first wedding I officiated was at the English Tea Garden in Epcot at Walt Disney World. It was truly magical!
