Ministry Role & Responsibility: My role at Brook Hills can be categorized into two buckets: Young Adult Ministry and Pastoral Care. On the Young Adult side of ministry, I pastor and oversee ministry strategy for young adults, including Singles 20s/30s, Young Couples, and Families with Preschoolers. Additionally, I work with our Men’s Ministry and leadership teams providing oversight and assistance as needed.

On the pastoral care side of ministry, I have the privilege of praying for members, teaching, encouraging, providing care, and equipping others to do the same through all of life’s joys and sorrows whether that be funerals, weddings, hospital visits, or other crisis care needs. My hope is that, by God’s grace, we will be a church that holds firmly to the truth of the gospel and the promise that no matter what we celebrate or suffer through, Jesus is better and Jesus is enough.

About Me: I was born in Selma, have lived in five states, but consider Birmingham home. My wife, Rachel, and I have been married since 2015 and we have a daughter named Lila and a son named Elijah. I enjoy woodworking, landscaping, and playing basketball or disc golf in my free time. I also love road tripping with my family and making them relive the 90s via Spotify playlists.
