Women's Community Group
Wednesday Mornings
10am-noon, Community Room
January 29-May 7
Our study this semester will be on the book of Ephesians. This study is
designed to give you the tools needed to study this New Testament book for yourself and was written by other Brook Hills women. It will have three elements: personal study, group discussion around tables, and a large group teaching time. Utilizing these three elements, our goal is to cultivate opportunities for you which we pray will ultimately lead to life transformation.
Cost is $5 and payable when you register for the study. Additional copies of the study may be purchased at the time of registration.

CHILDCARE
We offer childcare for preschoolers (Birth-4K) for our on-campus weekday women's small groups. Spots are limited. Children can be dropped off each week at 9:45am in the main building. Look for childcare
check-in signage when you arrive. We would love to have your child(ren) join us each week of the semester!
The link for childcare registration will be in your confirmation email you
receive after completing the Women's Community Group registration.
*If at any point you need to cancel your childcare registration for a
particular week, please email to let us know.
MEET THE LEADERS
Nan Brinkerhoff
I have four adult kids, one precious grandbaby named Ellie, and a Jack Russell named Fidget. I love The Church at Brook Hills and have been
attending and involved in various aspects of serving for about 10 years. I enjoy reading, swimming, hiking and I do Pilates (although I can’t say I enjoy the pain of that).
Deb Bengtson
I enjoy spending family time with my husband of 43 years and my two daughters’ families, which includes four precious grandchildren. I have found a passion in teaching the Bible to women at a local addiction recovery facility, while also loving to gather at church with my BH women’s small group.
Carol Brown
I have been married to Bill Brown for 54 wonderful years. We have two children and three grandchildren. I especially love the ministry which God has called me to with women.
Phaedra Galloway
I live in Pelham with my husband and youngest daughter. I lead and love a multigenerational women's bible study and attend a women's community bible study.
Katie Grubbs
I'm an adjunct professor of English, teaching online for Houston Christian University. Three of our four kids are on the autism spectrum, so I have a passion for supporting other special needs moms. I love teaching the Bible to women and showing how it connects with and inspires church history, literature, and art.
Jan Hendrickson
I've been married to Claude for 37 years and have three grown children. I am blessed with four grandchildren. I've led a multigenerational small group on Wednesday mornings for several years and I've learned so much more from them than they have from me.
Michelle Hower
I live in Leeds with my husband, three sons, and my mom. I teach a multigenerational women's group on Wednesday mornings. I really enjoy opportunities to do ministry in multigenerational ways.
Lee Peavy
God has blessed me with the privilege of serving on staff at churches and ministry organizations for many years. My passion is to disciple women to become wholehearted followers of Jesus, to walk in their identity as believers, and to challenge them to become more like Him.
