No matter the circumstances, grief recovery is a painful process, and we understand how deeply loss hurts people. Griefshare is a thirteen-week support group that is designed to help individuals deal with their grief in a community. This group is led by those who understand what you are experiencing and want to offer you comfort and encouragement during this difficult season. Each meeting features a 30-minute video followed by a group discussion, so group members can talk about the video and how they are dealing with the loss of their loved one. Topics covered throughout the program include grief and depression, anger, loneliness, fears and anxiety, family relationships, financial and legal issues, forgiveness and moving forward.
GriefShare meets in person in the Fall and Spring. The class is free, but a workbook is suggested to enhance your personal study. Childcare will not be provided.
