Roles and Responsibilities: As the Assistant Director of Operations, I am responsible for overseeing the planning and organization of our operational processes, ensuring that our team meets the necessary standards for efficiency and effectiveness. My role involves supporting the team in achieving their goals and preparing them for the challenges ahead. 

About Me: I have been working at The Brook Hills ELC since 2018, and I enjoy watching the children grow year after year. I have been married for ten years and have two sons and a daughter, Levi, Max, and Libby. In my free time, I love to travel and spend time outdoors.
