Speaker: Dr. Holly Deemer
"Navigating Life's Transitions"

Life is full of change and times of transition: getting married, having a baby, moving, joining a new church, caring for aging parents...the list is endless! Research shows that these times of transition can be stressful and place a strain on our sense of well-being. As women, we feel the weight of nurturing our families and caring for our loved one's physical and emotional needs, so times of change (even good change) can be challenging. Dr. Deemer will share stories and practical advice and ultimately remind us that, regardless of our life stage, our identity is found in Christ and this precious truth is what sustains us when all else seems to be in chaos. Join us for a time of encouragement as we explore this topic together!
