Is prayer an area in which you want to grow? Would you like to learn how to take what you read in the Bible and have it actually change your thoughts and desires?

At this conference, Dr. Don Whitney will walk us through two practices that can help us take next steps to deepen our relationship with the Lord and to grow in Christlikeness. On Friday evening, we'll delve into praying the Bible, and on Saturday, we'll look at how to meditate on Scripture.

Early Registration is $15 and runs through Labor Day. After that, the cost is $20 per person, which includes snacks and a light breakfast spread. Plus, the first 70 people to register get a copy of Praying the Bible, which is written by our conference speaker! 

Childcare is available for preschoolers (birth-5K) and is $8 per child. When you register for the adult ticket at the link below, you can "add another attendee" to register your preschooler for childcare. Childcare spaces are limited.

Speaker Bio
At Brook Hills, Dr. Don Whitney is probably most known as the man who wrote the Praying the Bible book that Pastor Matt often mentions from the stage. In addition to this book, Dr. Whitney has written other books focused on helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus, and since 2005, he's been the Professor of Biblical Spirituality at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Whitney and his wife Caffy live in Louisville, Kentucky, and have one daughter and four grandchildren.
