Summer is just around the corner, and we cannot wait for Apex! This camp is designed for those who have completed grades 9-12 and will take place July 23rd-26th. *Due to special circumstances surrounding Covid-19, upcoming 9th graders (current 8th graders) may register for Apex this year. Each year, we focus on an aspect of leadership and seek to challenge students to apply practical truths to how they lead in the world God has placed them in. We hope to see students leave empowered and equipped to own every aspect of their life, their calling, and their responsibilities.
On Thursday, July 23rd, we will meet at the Student Building at 12:00pm and make our way to Timberlake Camp, just west of Millport, AL. Our students will be able to experience all this incredible campground has to offer--from a high ropes course, a beautiful lake, pool, indoor gym, and air-conditioned cabins! What's more exciting is that Brook Hills Communications Director and Elder, Chris Kinsley, will be leading our time in God's Word, and the Matt Powell Band will be leading worship. We will return to the church by 1:00pm on Sunday, the 26th.
The cost of this four-day event is $350, and a deposit of $100 is required to secure a spot. Final payments of $250 are due by July 6th, and afterward, the payment will increase to to $300. Due to Covid-19, all payments are 100% refundable until July 6th. Students will only need to bring money for snacks and miscellaneous spending money. View a packing list here.
