Praise God for His faithfulness toward us. Ask Him to help grow our faith in Him. Pray we will all find rest and comfort in our confidence in Him. Pray our recognition of all God does will motivate our worship of Him as we glorify Him in word and deed.

This week we are praying for Grace House Ministries. For over 30 years, Grace House has been providing safe, stable, and Christian homes for Alabama girls in foster care on their residential campus in Fairfield. Their approach seeks to end cycles of poverty and abuse by educating, equipping, and empowering them to become mature, Godly women. We are also praying for Grace Life Church and Pastor Joel Frederick.

DAY 1: Pray for each girl who comes to Grace House to experience the love of Jesus Christ in a tangible way and will come into an authentic and intimate relationship with the Lord.

DAY 2: Pray for every staff member to be led daily by the Holy Spirit and operate in wisdom and truth according to the Word of God. Pray the Lord would continually renew and refresh the spirits of the staff members at Grace House.

DAY 3: Grace House is currently in a capital campaign related to their new Lois G. Coleman Mission Center. Ask the Lord to give favor by providing donors and with the Fairfield city officials so they can move forward with their plans.

DAY 4: Grace House recently held their 11th Annual Pumpkin Festival. Pray the Lord would use it to provide more sponsors and for God to continue to bless the relationships built through the festival.

DAY 5: Pray for the Lord to give Grace House leadership continual vision and wisdom as they provide leadership and development for the girls living there. Also, pray for wisdom for them as to how to serve the city of Fairfield so they might communicate the gospel in words and works to those around them.

This week we are praying for a Brook Hills short term team that will be serving with our long-termers in North Africa.

DAY 1: Pray the Lord would use the team to encourage and bless the workers in North Africa. Pray they would be quick to serve and love our Brook Hills families there.

DAY 2:  Pray for God to give them wisdom as they engage in conversations. Ask the Lord to help them be slow to speak and quick to listen. Pray they would discern who are people of peace and who would be open to hearing about Jesus.  

DAY 3: Pray for softened hearts and eager minds to hear and understand the gospel. Pray for the people the team will encounter while they are there. Pray for God to give them boldness to share when the opportunity arises.

DAY 4: One of the team members will have an opportunity to meet up with a friend he met on a previous trip. Pray that A would be interested in learning more about Jesus and would be open to hearing the gospel.

DAY 5: Pray for travel mercies, for the Lord to go before the team and provide for their every need. Ask the Lord to sustain them and give them good health, strength, and energy as they serve each day.

DAY 6:  Ask the Lord to bless the work of the team while they are there. Pray they would be a blessing to those they are with and to those with whom they come in contact. Pray gospel seeds would be planted and those seeds would bear fruit, by the power of the Spirit.
