 Praying for Healing
"Bless the LORD, O my soul,
And forget none of His benefits;
Who pardons all your iniquities,
Who heals all your diseases;"
Psalm 103:2-3 (NAS)
The Lord is the same yesterday, today and forever. He continuously forgives us of our sins when we confess, repent, and ask. It is also His nature to heal, sometimes physically or sometimes spiritually, in His own way and time. Asking God for healing must be done in faith. Faith is who you believe in, not just how much you believe. Jesus said, "If you have the faith of a mustard seed..." God answers according to the faith you have in Him.
A Prayer:
Lord Jesus, I bless you with all my heart. Help me not to forget Your provisions for me. You are the forgiver and cleanser of my soul. You are the healer, physically and spiritually. Lord Jesus, I submit myself to You and ask for healing according to Your Word. I believe, help my unbelief. My faith is in You. Amen.
