BH Women, consider serving on one of our conference planning teams as we prepare for Delight this fall! If you serve on one of these teams, we will plan your shift so you can participate in most of the conference. Audio and video of each session will be broadcasted into the lobby for volunteers and mothers with infants.

The Clean-up, Coffee, Market, Decorating, Food Truck, and Food teams could still use your help. To contact someone about serving, click on the team captain’s name below.

Registration Team

This team will help check-in women at the conference, process any walk-in registrations, and give out conference goodies to those who pre-registered.

Clean-up Team

This team will help get the building back to Sunday-ready by returning items to their original place, tidying up spaces used for the conference, and storing supplies.

8 Women Needed – volunteers must be available Saturday, 1:30-3:00pm.

Coffee Team

This team will make coffee for the conference. This includes making sure that coffee and supplies are fresh for breaks in between gathering times.

Local Missions Donations Team

This team will host an information kiosk for Sav-a-Life Vestavia and Shelby Centers during the conference. They will also take donations for them and transport donations to these centers.

Food Team

This team will handle hosting and securing food for the volunteer dinner on Friday afternoon, the dessert time on Friday night, and the continental breakfast on Saturday morning.

Hospitality Team

This team will greet at entrances and lobby doors, usher inside the Worship Room, and host at the welcome desk. This team will also keep bathrooms and the nursing mothers room tidy.

Lobby Kiosk Team

This team is responsible for hosting the lobby kiosk to give information about the conference. This will be on Sundays before and after Worship Gatherings, beginning July 9 to September 17. This includes answering questions and encouraging women to attend the conference.

Market Team

This team will recruit volunteers to help with check-in, setup, and takedown for our market vendors, and host the market as needed.

This team is responsible for preparing various portions of the conference supplies, which include handouts, giveaways, and stuffing tote bags the week of the conference.

This team is responsible for staging the Worship Room the week before the conference.

Food Truck Lunch Team

This team will help host, give directions, and clean up after lunch from local food trucks in preschool parking lot and South Annex worship room areas. Will include working outside noon-2pm on Saturday.
