God Has a Way
Story: Crossing the Red Sea (Exodus 14-15:2)
The Main Idea
God has a way.
Make references to “my way,” “your way,” God’s way” this week, pointing out that God’s way is always best.
Remind your child that the children of Israel were afraid when Pharaoh’s fighting men were chasing them.
Talk to your child about being afraid. What can you do when you are afraid? Remind your child of Psalm 56:3 – “When I am afraid, I put my trust in you [God]”.
Talk about how God is helping your family this week.
Thank God for making a way for His people and for being strong.
Thank God for taking care of your family.
