Dr. David Platt Joins Brook Hills as Senior Pastor
The Pastor Search Team's work officially concluded on Sunday morning, June 11, 2006, as The Church at Brook Hills voted overwhelmingly in favor of their candidate, Dr. David Platt, as Senior Pastor. Dr. Platt has accepted our invitation and begins his ministry with us immediately. The vote, held at the close of each morning worship service on June 11, and conducted by Pastoral Board President Marlin Priest, climaxed an eight-month journey to find God's man to lead our church.

With Much Gratitude
The Faith Family, Pastors and Staff extend a heartfelt thank you to the members of the Pastor Search Team for undertaking and successfully completing their task of selecting a Senior Pastor candidate. We have heard much of their journey along the way, and cannot adequately express our thanks for the hours of study, discussion, prayer and fasting, discernment and consultation that these seven individuals went through to arrive at this historic time in the life of Brook Hills.
