About the Video Format
These video files are provided in Quicktime (MOV) format. You can view them using the free Quicktime plug-in from Apple, available for PC or Mac. You can download the free Quicktime player for PC or Mac right here.

These video files are in excess of 100MB in size--be sure you have a broadband connection before attempting to download them. They are formatted at 12fps at a resolution of 320 x 240 pixels.

You must have the latest version of Quicktime installed in order to see the videos (Note: you can watch them with the free version of Quicktime--you do not need the $29 "pro" version).

Instructions for Downloading Videos to Your iPod
Once you download a videocast to your computer, simply drag and drop it into your iTunes browser window (iTunes is available free from Apple for PC or Mac here). You can then transfer the videos to your iPod for messages on-the-go.

Please note that in order to download video to your iPod, you must select the video in iTunes and then choose "Convert Video for iPod" from the "Advanced" menu. This will expand the video for iPod (note that the file will actually get quite a bit larger on your iPod, as we really compress it down in order to provide it online).
