Children's Ministry Security Information
At The Church at Brook Hills, every child is important to us! We want children to feel secure and safe as they participate in Children's Ministry activities. The church has adopted a "Child Protection First!" security policy which provides guidelines and safety procedures for children of all ages. In accordance with this policy, every adult that works with children has completed an Alabama DHR background check and a federal criminal records check to ensure the safety of the kids at Brook Hills. If you have questions about this policy please contact our office. We would be happy to answer any and all of your questions.
Brook Hills also has a state of the art check in system for children used during all Children's Ministry activities or events. As you check your child into their classroom, a nametag and a security sticker will be printed. The nametag and security tag will have a matching 3 digit security code. When you arrive to pick up your child after their RBF, you will be asked to show the security tag. Once the code is matched by our security team, your child will be allowed to leave with you. It is our goal to provide the safest possible environment for children. We appreciate your help in making this a priority.

Our Leaders for Children's Ministry

Worshipping As a Family
It's our philosophy that families should worship together. All children are invited to attend worship together with their parents as a family on Sundays. We believe the most important spiritual leader in a child's life is the parent. As parents model a lifestyle of worship, kids will see how important worship really is.
Wednesday Nights for Children
Celebration Kids is our children's music program for grades 1-5. Celebration Kids meets Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. at the church. More...
