We are praying for many who would partner alongside of us in the following ways:
Pray
We are in desperate need of prayer partners. Not just people who sign-up or commit to pray, but those who actually do the hard work of prayer on our behalf. This cannot be overemphasized. We can plan, prepare and strategize all we want but the reality is that if God doesn’t move and work in the hearts and lives of individual people then our work will be futile. As our mission statement clearly communicates we are “in dependence upon Him.” We'll send you a prayer card that will help remind you to pray for us as well as weekly and monthly prayer updates as to how you can specifically pray.
Give
Give sacrificially to send teams and support ministries that help facilitate a church plant in Kansas City. In order to be good stewards of our financial resources we are also praying for donations of such things as Bibles, sound and video equipment, office equipment and supplies, children ministry supplies and so on.
Go
We need people who desire to come on-site and labor alongside with us as we plant a church in Kansas City. We need people who are willing to reach out to their neighbors, love on kids, serve the community, lead Discipleship Community Groups and so on. We would love the opportunity to talk with believers who are interested in possibly joining us. We are praying that God will provide individuals who love Jesus supremely, each other humbly and the world sacrificially - and are willing to spend their lives making disciples locally and globally.
