What is your job at Brook Hills?
I oversee the college girls Small Groups.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my job is working with college students. They are a blast, and I learn from them everyday! I feel so blessed to watch how God grows them more in His image! I have a pretty sweet job!
How & when did you first come to Brook Hills?
I came in June 2009. One of my friends from college mentioned to the college pastor at Brook Hills that I would be a good fit for this position. The rest is history!
Where are you from?
I lived in Tuscaloosa until age 16, when I moved to Huntsville, where my family still lives.
Who is in your family?
I have one older brother, two fabulous parents, and wonderful husband, Wesley.
Please provide a short testimony about your relationship with Christ?
God saved me when I was 8 years old. I remember understanding my sin and how that separated me from God but because of his love and mercy, God sent his Son, Jesus, to reconcile me to God if I believed in Him and turned from my sin. I was young, but I still remember waking up one morning after fully understanding the Gospel and realizing that my life was going to look a lot different now because of what Christ had done in me. From that moment on I grew more in the image of Christ and have been so blessed to look back on my life and see the ways he has changed me.
What’s your favorite Bible verse?
That is a tough question! Can I say all of Ephesians 2. Every time I read it, it brings tears to my eyes especially verse 4-6 “But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ - by grace you have been saved - and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus.”
What was the best concert you’ve ever been to?
Celine Dion. That is random, but she puts on a good concert. It was free, which made it a million times better! The girl can sing!
What is the best place you have ever visited?
Israel and Jordan
If you had a super power, what would it be & why?
My super power would be the ability to transport myself anywhere I wanted in an instant so I would never be late!

Eating Jackson’s cookie dough egg roll at least once a week!
What do you collect?
I collect Christmas ornaments or coffee mugs from the places I have visited.
