What is your job at Brook Hills?
I serve as College Minister, giving leadership to the overall ministry of college students in and through Brook Hills.
What is your favorite part of your job?
College Students who have resolved to loose their one life to see the Gospel of Jesus Christ made known among all people.
How & when did you first come to Brook Hills?
It was the fall of 2007 and there are too many details to recount on how I came to Brook Hills. Trust me though; it was the sovereign will of the Lord.
Where are you from?
The remote, rugged corner of the world… better known as Birmingham, AL
Who is in your family?
I have a godly and gorgeous wife, Brook! We also tow around 4 kids; Braeden (6), Brody (3), Brooks (2), Breck (NB).
Please provide a short testimony about your relationship with Christ?
After my freshman year at Auburn University, God poured out His grace in my life and showed me the stupidity of pursuing the fleeting pleasures of this world over the superior and eternal satisfaction found in Jesus Christ. It was at this point He awakened my dead heart to trust in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ! (can I get an “amen”?!?)
What’s your favorite Bible verse?
The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and covered up. Then in his joy he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?

If you had a super power, what would it be & why?
Ability to comprehend what I am reading and talk to someone at the same time. That would instantly quadruple the amount I take in reading.

What do you collect?
Books. My wife just loves when another Amazon box shows up on our front door step.
