What is your favorite part of your job?
Getting to hear how the Lord is working in the lives of people both inside and outside of BHills.
How & when did you first come to Brook Hills?
First visited Brook Hills in the summer of 1998 after moving to Birmingham from Vancouver, WA

Who is in your family?
I am married to Wayne and we have two sons, Kyle and Daniel
Please provide a short testimony about your relationship with Christ?
Adopted into a loving Christian home as an infant, I don’t remember a time when I did not know of God’s existence, and His love or of Christ’s life, death and resurrection as payment for sins. Revival messages and small group time with our pastor when I was 11 made me realize that I had to make a personal decision to repent of my sins and put my trust in Christ as my Savior. I made that profession of faith in the spring of 1968.
I would like to say that I continued growing in the Lord and while there were certainly times of great growth and times of closeness with the Lord there were also times when the world looked very attractive and I gave into the flesh making sinful choices resulting in hurt and deep wounds.
The Lord however has been faithful in pursuing, disciplining, and comforting. I still carry scars and memories of my sins, but I also stand under the covering of Christ’s blood and as only the Lord can do, He has used all of my past for my sanctification and for His glory.

What is the best place you have ever visited?
British Virgin Islands
If you had a super power, what would it be & why?
Teleportation – We’ve driven thousands of miles over the years visiting family and friends and I would love to be able to “beam” myself to wherever I wanted.

Favorite hobbies – Reading and visiting antique stores or flea markets
Favorite dessert – mom’s lemon pound cake
