You are welcome and encouraged to update your roster at any time, but twice a year, in the Spring and Fall, we will ask Small Groups to update their roster by adding new members and deleting those who no longer attend. To begin that process, we will provide you a copy of your current roster. (By the way, PLEASE reach out to non-attenders before removing them, unless you know they moved out of town or are attending elsewhere.
Please include people on your roster who are affiliated with your group, even if they can't attend. This might include shut-ins, people serving somewhere that prevents them from attending (like leading a preschool small group), or even people temporarily away, like someone on active military deployment.
