OBJECTIVE:

The Brook Hills ESL Ministry extends hospitality to internationals living in our city by providing free English classes, establishing community between people of different nationalities, and sharing the love of Jesus Christ through word and deed.

ESL classes run from 15 September 2022 - 11 May 2023

• Morning Classes: 10:00 AM–11:45 AM at The Church at Brook Hills (Women Only)
• Evening Classes: 6:15 PM–8:00 PM at Hoover First Baptist Church (Men and Women)
• Classes break for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, and Summer

• Tutors for Citizenship Classes/TOEFL Test/Teen Homework (Hoover Campus Only)
• Preschool & Children Teachers & Volunteers
• Hospitality
• Floaters / Subs

• Brunch/Dinner Meal Providers (Small Group Serving Opportunity)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Criminal Background Check is Required
• No second language is required
• Volunteer Orientation and Training
• ESL Certification is required for lead teachers only
