We are privileged to have the opportunity to minister to children of all ages through our Preschool, Children's, and Student Ministries. Regardless of your child's age, if you are a first-time guest, please visit our Guest Family Check-In located at the front entrance of our main building. Our welcome team will be there to answer any questions and direct you to the right place. For more information on activities for all ages, check out more details below.
Newborns - Age 5
We are so glad that you will be worshiping with us this weekend! We want you to be comfortable knowing that your little ones will be well cared for while you are here.
When you arrive, feel free to use our "First-Time Guest" parking, which is located closest to the main entrance. Please check in at the Guest Family Check-In in the main lobby. A team member will be there to help guide you through the process, and you will receive 3 stickers for your child.
- One security sticker and name tag for your child
- One sticker for the classroom clipboard. You will be asked to leave your cell phone number on this sticker. In the event that you need to be reached during worship, we will send you a text message. (Please leave your cell phone on vibrate/silence during the service.)
- One sticker for you with a security code that matches your child’s sticker. To ensure your child’s safety, they will not be released without presenting this tag at pickup.
Our welcome team will then escort you to your child’s classroom where you will be introduced to their small group leaders.
We have an amazing group of leaders who are here each week to share God’s love with the small groups they lead. Each volunteer has had age-level training, as well as a thorough background check. This ensures that your child is being cared for in a safe and secure child-friendly environment.

1st - 5th Graders
Feeling like a newbie won’t last long here, we promise! And since many Brook Hills children attend elementary schools all over the area, your boys and girls will likely already have friends here.
When you arrive on campus, drive to the “First-Time Guest” parking area not far from our main entrance. One of our welcome team members will escort your family to the main building and help you find your way around.
If you have children in 1st through 5th grade, please check in at the Guest Family Check-In in the main lobby. A welcome team member will lead you to the Brook Hills Kids’ space located on the 3rd floor of the main building.
At the Guest Check-In booth in the hallway of the 3rd floor, one of our team members will assign and personally introduce you and your 1st through 5th-grade children to their new small group Faith Trainers. At that time, you will learn where to reconnect with your children when you’re ready to leave.
Safety & Security
All of our Brook Hills Kids team members have gone through an extensive background check. Every small group door has a window, and children’s Faith Trainers always serve in teams of two or more. If you have any additional questions, please visit our BH Kids page:
6th - 12th Graders
Our vision is to glorify God by making disciples in and through generations of students! We see this taking place through families who are disciple-making centers in their communities, students who develop lifestyles of following Christ and leading others, and leaders who build life-changing relationships centered on Christ.
We are located in the student building, down the hill from the main building and entrance. If you come to the Guest Family Check-In at the front entrance of our main building, a member of our welcome team will be happy to help you find the right place.
When students arrive for the first time, they are greeted at the round desk in the student lobby and asked to fill out a short info card. A member of the welcome team will assign them to a small group for the morning.
Student Small Groups meet weekly on Sunday mornings at 9:00am and 11:00am. On Wednesday nights, we offer a large group worship setting followed by small groups which are organized by age and gender. Wednesday nights begin at 6:30pm and end at 8:00pm. In either setting, our goal is to come alongside students with the word of God, authentic relationships, genuine encouragement, and life-impacting accountability.
