BH Kids Worship CD

Brook Hills' latest record project is the recently released The Great God and His Big Story, which is our first kids worship album.

"The motivation for this project is simple. The Brook Hills worship staff songwriters want to come alongside the year-round labors of parents and BH Children's Ministry workers to tell God's "big story" through music. This story moves from creation, to the fall, to the giving of the law at Mount Sinai. It culminates in the arrival of the long-promised Messiah, the Son of Man and Light of the World. "Every Little Word" is a devotional reflection on the untold value of sacred Scripture. "The Beatitudes Song" is a picture of the children of the Kingdom - Dads, Moms, and Children who have been rescued from sin, who live in this fallen world with an eye toward and under the policies of another Kingdom. But before we finish singing the "Story," we are reminded that we aren't just called to sing it to one another. Every tribe, and tongue, and people must hear the big and wonderful story of our Great God! We must "Go, go, go tell the story of the great God of glory!" May our children hear this story of the glorious deeds of the Lord and be swept up into it.
