Family: My wife Stephanie and I married in 2003. She is pretty much the best wife ever. She is the most supportive, most caring, beautiful inside and out, perfect person for me, and I couldn't dream of a better wife. We have been blessed with a new baby girl this year. Ava Grace was born in July. She is great. Being a parent is one of the most challenging, yet rewarding things. I love my family.

Ministry Calling: I am responsible for our band ministry at Brook Hills, as well as worship planning and leading. In the band ministry, we strive to worship our Lord through music, and lead others to do the same. Our church has been blessed with so many talented people who have a heart for serving Him. It is my privilege to lead these worship leaders.

What I Enjoy About Serving at Brook Hills: Right now, in the season that we are in, everyday is a new day. I am learning so much about the mission that God has for us, and how that translates in my life and ministry. It is a continuous challenge, and I am grateful to be involved in what God is doing at Brook Hills.

Interesting and Unusual Facts: I can't get an ice cream headache... I've tried!

I've had more than 20 dogs in my life (plus a duck, pony, and cows).

My ultimate dream in life was to be involved somehow in Christian music. I enjoyed making music and I loved Christ. I didn't know how those two would come together in my life. I certainly didn't think that I could make a career from them. In college, I majored in Horticulture, because I would need a job. My plan was to move to Nashville, work, and hopefully find my "place." The Lord worked out many details along the way, and now I'm a worship leader at a church that I love, literally working for Him. His plans are always better than mine.

My Relationship with Christ: I was about seven years old when I realized that I was a sinner in need of a Savior. I received Christ and was baptized. My parents were the most influential in my decision. They showed me what it was to be a Christian. From that time on, I have been trying to live a life that is pleasing to Him. I am now learning what it means to be a disciple-maker with a world vision.

Favorite Movie of All Time: Too many to name... I like movies

Favorite Musical Artists: Chris Tomlin, David Crowder, Charlie Hall, etc.

Favorite Sports Team: Auburn Tigers

Favorite Thing to Do on a Saturday: Hang out with my family

Last Thing I Do Before Going to Bed: Ice cream, on a good night
