Family: My parents are Frank and Sherry Mitchell, and I have two brothers, Jared and Jordan.

Ministry Calling: Ministering and relating to younger generations through worship.

What I Enjoy About Serving at Brook Hills: Working with the totally sweet worship staff, and worshipping with students on Wednesday nights.

Interesting and Unusual Facts: Contrary to what Steven Sivley believes, I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I also won the silver medal for frisbee golf in the 2002 Alabama State Games.

My Relationship with Christ: I was saved when I was 8 years old at Vacation Bible School (it works!). I believed that Jesus was the Son of God, and I really felt that I needed Him, but I came to a new understanding of who God was during the summer before I started high school. I had an amazing worship experience one night at Student Life Camp. I have had many "emotional spiritual highs" before, but I still believe that God showed just a glimpse of Himself to me that night through music. God began in me a passion to worship Him with music. I am still trying to figure out where that will take me.

Favorite Movie of All Time: Really hard to pick, but probably This Is Spinal Tap or The Shawshank Redemption.

Favorite Musical Group or Artist: Can't name just one. Currently my top three are The David Crowder Band, U2, and Johnny Cash

Favorite Sports Team: Roll Tide!

Favorite Thing to Do on a Saturday: Sleep
