Family: I am married to Cathy and we have been married almost 29 years. We have two wonderful children. Cara is a teacher at Oak Mountain High School teaching honors and advanced english literature and French. Andrew is a junior at Auburn University majoring in accounting and finance.

Ministry Calling: My passion in ministry is ministering to the hurting and caring for those in need. My role is also a utility player with all the experience I have in church staff work. I am called to serve wherever I am needed and love working at The Church at Brook Hills.

What I Enjoy About Serving at Brook Hills: I love serving where the priority is people, not programs. I also enjoy working with all the different gifted servants on our staff.

Interesting and Unusual Facts: I love the outdoors and especially deer hunting with my bow. I also enjoy music, all kinds and my favorite right now is the "new country". My bachelor's degree is in music from Auburn University and I have served as Worship Pastor in previous church staff positions.

My Relationship with Christ: I grew up in a strong Christian home and was at church every time the doors were opened. I accepted Christ as my Savior at nine years old at a summer revival at my home church. My home church is Shiloh Baptist in Russell county Alabama. I also surrendered to full time ministry at Shiloh in the summer of 1975.

Favorite Sports Team: Auburn University Football

Favorite Thing to Do on a Saturday: Take a walk with my best friend, my wife Cathy.
