Family: I am married to John Adams who is my best friend and a Lay Pastor here at Brook Hills. We have two children: Stephen is married and works in drug enforcement in Sylvester, Georgia; Lindsey is a Spanish teacher at Spain Park High School. We have two grandchildren.

Ministry Calling: My main focus is to use my skills to maintain an accurate accounting of the financial information for Brook Hills and to assist the staff in being good stewards of these assets.

What I Enjoy About Serving at Brook Hills: Since coming to work at Brook Hills in Sept 2004, I now have a greater appreciation of the dedication and hard work required of each staff member to minister to both the community and the faith family. It has opened my eyes to the many opportunities to serve others.

Interesting and Unusual Facts: As Miss Arab of 1966, I rode on a float in Lurleen Wallace's inaugural parade. While visiting New York City, I was robbed as I was leaving the Empire State Building. I am actually a very shy person who is terrified to speak before a group. As my family and anyone who works with me know, I don't like to mix my big paper clips and my little paper clips in the same container.

My Relationship with Christ: I grew up in a Christian family who was at the church every time the doors opened. I accepted Christ in New Boston, Texas when I was in the fourth grade.

Favorite Sports: Olympic figure skating and gymnastics
